Daybright Coffee & Refreshment, a new venture from Chick-fil-A’s Red Wagon Ventures, has opened in Georgia as the company’s first standalone beverage concept serving cold brews, smoothies, pressed juices, and baked protein donuts alongside breakfast pocketfulls and light bites. While currently exclusive to Georgia, the brand’s early buzz suggests it could expand to markets like Los Angeles where coffee culture and wellness trends thrive.

The Abraham Companies have begun groundwork for an eight-story development at 400 S San Vicente Blvd, featuring 126 apartments over 11,600 square feet of retail and a three-level parking garage. Designed by Steinberg Hart, the project includes a pool deck, lounge, and fitness center, with 14 units reserved for very low-income housing. Construction is expected to span about two years, adding new residential density just south of the Beverly Center.
